Trying a different approach to the same game


I wanted to try these mechanics in a different setting before totally committing to the idea I had for the original game. I rearranged the game to be screen based instead of constant scrolling to avoid problems with Unity's rigidbody setup and change the artstyle to something much more basic. I'm not really sure if I'll do anything with this branch; However I still felt it was interesting enough to share. 


(Note: In rearranging graphics and gameplay elements, I broke the death animation so that's why nothing happens here.)
